- Cannot find channel
- check if the DVB-T program is found in your localisation
- check if the antenna signal is strong enough, to receive the channel, reassure yourself that the antenna setting is correct. Eventually correct it and renew the scanning
- check if the antenna cable is not broken
- check if you chose the correct regional settings in Total media program
- DVB-T signal might be too weak, try an antenna with amplifier or regular roof antenna if available
- I can find channels, but this time less than before
- Try to find a better position for your antenna (vertical is the best position)
- The weather can be responsible for a weak signal
- In different regions the TV companies are changing the DVB-T signal strength from time to time. Try to find the best signal strength
- If you put something over your antenna, please remove it from there, it will decrease your signal strength
- During watching DVB-T channels the screen turns black or the picture freezes
- be certain of the antenna signal strength and proceed as in point 2.
- There is no sound but the image is correct
- check graphic card’s settings
- Remote contrul does not work
- check batteries in the remote contrul
- Assure yourself, that nothing covers the infrared receiver near the device or if you are not more than 3m far.
- During watching DVB-T channels the image is interrupted, it stops or the screen turns black
- be certain of the antenna signal strength and proceed as in point 1.
- check if you possess all the needed codec’s for DVB-T receiver and if your computer has all the requirements to receive digital TV.
- update graphic card drivers.
- check if your processor is not occupied by other applications as for example games.
